Now is also a great time to begin planning your holiday marketing strategies. October tends to be a slow transition into the season, and then November arrives and your holiday marketing plans need to start going into high gear.
When reviewing your web site, consider the three-click rule. The goal is to provide your site visitors with a product or service and have them take action on them within three clicks or less. Double check your e-commerce systems and contact forms to double check functionality, auto-responders and ease of use for your customers.
