Internet Strategies April 2017 – Are You Syndicated?

Are you taking advantage of syndication? You may be familiar with the term as it applies to re-reruns of television shows or perhaps radio broadcasts that reach outlets from around the country from one geographical location.

In this months Internet Strategies column we look at syndication as it applies to the Internet. It is called Real Simple Syndication (RSS) and it can be a powerful tool for getting your message out to a wider audience, boosting your exposure online and even helping you save time in performing your Internet Marketing tasks.

Virtually every blogging platform I am aware of includes an RSS feed, and a clever web developer can include one on a web site that has e-commerce functionality. In fact, many e-commerce platforms already include RSS, you just need to look into what your feed address is.
